ESD Training
An essential part of an ESD Control Program, under BS EN 61340-5-1:2007, is to provide ESD training for all relevant staff; for example:

- management
- ESD coordinators
- training personnel.
SSE training programs cover all aspects of ESD, from basic concepts in a group environment to advanced technical requirements on a one-to-one basis, tailored to your specific requirements. Training sessions are normally carried out at a client’s site; an alternative venue can be arranged.
Typical course modules include:
- electrostatic phenomena – examples and demonstrations
- ESD – the problem for electronic components
- sources of ESD
- control of ESD in the workplace
- constructing an EPA
- packaging and product protection
- checks, tests and audits
- training requirements.
